Quoted in Euros and domiciled in Luxembourg, FBS FUND offers exposure to a portfolio of luxury properties located in PORTUGAL. The location of the assets is diverse and flexible.
INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES
The Fund's main long-term objective is to have a capital appreciation through the investment made. Firstly, the Fund will concentrate its focus on luxury properties excellently located in the South of Portugal.
DIFFERENTIATING COMPONENTS
The differentiating component is that they are excellently located luxury properties.

HISTORICAL RETURN ON INVESTMENTS
The Fund was launched on 05/10/2024 by the in-kind contribution of assets of the Founding Partners. Another part of the assets will be acquired to be built. Although the Fund has only just started, it is our belief to achieve returns of 30% during the investment period.
